Afterlife Rooftop is a new kind of bar. We're looking for people who want to be part of building it from day one. Not just work a shift.

Bartender

THB 16,000–20,000 per month based on experience

Primary responsibilities

/Prepare all cocktails and beverages to Afterlife standards
/Prep bar ingredients before service
/Manage beverage inventory and report low stock
/Wash and organize all glassware
/Keep the bar area clean and organized
/Open and close the bar each day

Shared responsibilities

Take orders, serve guests, clear tables, customer service, assist wherever needed

F&B Staff

THB 12,000 – 15,000 per month based on experience

Primary responsibilities

/Prepare simple food and snack items (heating, plating, basic assembly)
/Take customer orders for food and drinks
/Serve food and drinks to tables
/Clear and reset tables
/Wash dishes and keep the kitchen area clean and organized
/Manage food inventory and report when stock is running low
/Open and close the kitchen each day

Shared responsibilities

Take orders, serve guests, clear tables, customer service, assist wherever needed

What we look for

/At least 20 years old
/Responsible, punctual, and takes initiative
/Passion for hospitality and customer service
/Works well as part of a small team
/Friendly, positive attitude, willing to learn
/Previous experience is an advantage but not required
/Basic English communication is a plus

How the team works

Afterlife is a small rooftop bar so everyone pitches in. Each role has clear primary responsibilities. The bartender owns the bar, the kitchen staff owns the kitchen. But when it is quiet, we help each other. When it is busy, we move together. We are not looking for people who clock in and clock out. We are looking for people who want to grow with something from the beginning.
